Work has recently completed on the modern supported housing development in Redhill, Surrey. Long-standing client, Active Prospects, appointed AHP to carry out feasibility studies on the site in 2017. Their plans were to demolish the existing detached property and replace it with a series of supported apartments for local residents with learning difficulties and/or autism.
Once planning permission was obtained, we prepared the working drawing package for the construction phase. The development, which is made up of two separate units, comprises 9 one-bedroom apartments with a shared common area and staff facilities.
Works completed in early November and Active Prospects held an event to celebrate their first new build project. For more about Active Prospects and the work that they do, click here.
