Refurbishment of Jordan House

AHP partnered with Equans UK & Ireland to successfully complete a refurbishment project at Jordan House in Birmingham. The enhancements to Jordan House are part of the council's £1.6 billion investment plan over the next seven years, aimed at ensuring all residents have access to quality housing.

As a result of the building's improved energy efficiency, many tenants will now experience reduced energy costs. Enhanced insulation has been installed, along with upgraded windows and doors. The balconies have been enclosed to minimise drafts and offer residents additional usable space.

Furthermore, a new roof has been fitted to ensure the building remains watertight and to mitigate heat loss. Improvements in fire prevention technology have also bolstered safety measures, with the installation of new fire doors, ventilation systems, and sprinklers.
