This project involved the internal reconfiguration and complete strip out of two Tudor-style mansion blocks. The blocks were converted from outdated bedsit accommodation to modern, well-equipped flats. AHP also provided Ecohomes assessment services on this project which achieved a ‘Very Good’ rating at 62.1%. Due to the imposing frontage and original 1920's features, we also worked closely with the Borough Conservation Officers to ensure that the external repairs and renovation works retained the original character of these impressive three and four storey blocks.
