Located on a prominent corner of Cambridge Road and Plaistow Lane in Bromley the building that currently occupies the site was a former vet with residential accommodation on the first floor. The vets relocated to new premise nearby which allowed the whole site to be redeveloped.

The owner of the site appointed AHP to prepare proposals for a residential scheme to release the full potential of the underused site.

Initial proposals were put forward to the local planning department at a pre-app meeting and the design has been through a number of interations until the final scheme was submitted for planning approval in early 2021.

Following an extremely long time in the planning system, planning consent for a redevelopment of a site on Cambridge Road was finally approved in 2024.
