This scheme involved the extension of an existing traditional cottage and the demolition of the garage and outbuildings, in order to introduce a second property on site.

The client was keen to retain the traditional feel of the site, both in the extension of the existing cottage and in the design of the new build.

AHP were engaged as Lead Designers and were responsible for the project from RIBA stages 1—3.
