This £2.6 million fit-out project was successfully completed in two phases.

Both phases followed a traditional procurement process. The design team consisted of TPS for Mechanical and Electrical, Couch Consulting Structural Engineers, Trident as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, DWD Planning Consultants, and Clyde & Co, who provided valuable support throughout the project.
