This award winning housing development is set on a derelict brownfield site, a little under a hectare in size. The contemporary design features a three-storey block of 38 one and two bed flats. These were partly constructed over 3 new ground floor commercial units, with 2 blocks of three-storey semi-detached houses in the courtyard to the rear.
The units provided a mix of both affordable homes and private properties and won the BREEAM award for the highest scoring development of the year.
